About Sandra
Real estate has become my passion. I began my career as a closer at a title company and as a mortgage
lender. Over 30 years later, I have added expertise in property management, real estate investment and
land development. Economic development goes hand-in-hand with an ever-changing real estate market.
I have seen these changes firsthand through my several years of work on the Benton Economic
Partnership board, and I am currently serving as board chair. I also work with homeowners and builders
on a daily basis as the Chief Financial Officer for Saldana Excavating & Aggregates.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the lake with my friends and family, especially my three adult
children and their families.
Living in central Minnesota all my life, I have seen the ebb and flow of the real estate market from all
sides and I am passionate in making your next real estate purchase as seamless as possible. Whether
