Kelly Schepers – Realtor® | Central Minnesota Real Estate Expert

I’m a proud College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University alum with a degree in Communications and a minor in Gender Studies. Before real estate, I spent over a decade in business-to-business sales, advertising, and marketing—skills that now give my clients a strong advantage when buying or selling their homes.

After years of curiosity about real estate, I finally made the leap—and it turned out to be the best decision of my life. Helping people through one of their biggest financial and emotional milestones is an incredible honor. My approach blends seasoned negotiation expertise, deep local knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

I’m a lifelong Central Minnesota resident, serving buyers and sellers across St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, and the surrounding communities. In addition to earning my GREEN (2014), MRP (2016), PSA (2020), and C2EX (2021) designations, I’ve had the privilege of serving on the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors and as its 2022 President. I also just wrapped up serving the last 7 years on a local credit union board, reflecting my commitment to community and ethical business leadership.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me with my family, experimenting in the kitchen, reading, running, or proving that my gardening skills are still a work in progress.
