Maria Oman – Realtor, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Accredited Staging Agent

Maria Oman began her journey in real estate in 2008, immersing herself in the foreclosure market as an investor. She acquired and renovated several residential and commercial properties, which she later leased, laying the foundation for her passion for real estate. By 2009, Maria had expanded her expertise by founding a property management company and venturing into residential and commercial sales with Independent Broker Realty in Chanhassen, MN.

In November 2015, Maria joined Premier Real Estate Services, where she has since excelled as a Realtor. Over the years, she has had the privilege of representing buyers and sellers at every stage of life, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and top performer within the brokerage. Her dedication and expertise culminated in an exciting achievement in January 2025: being named to the Top Ten Club for 2024, with an impressive 31.5% increase in production from the previous year.

Maria’s credentials as a Certified Negotiation Expert and an Accredited Staging Agent equip her with the skills to maximize value for her clients. She combines her market knowledge with creative staging strategies and exceptional negotiation prowess to deliver outstanding results.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Maria has been happily married to her soulmate, Brett Oman, since 1999. Brett, a retired international pilot turned Realtor, shares Maria’s passion for real estate. Together, they enjoy boating at their two lake properties, exploring the woods while foraging for mushrooms, and spending quality time with their Russian Wolfhound, Jasper.
